The 2022 International Classical Music Awards Gala will be broadcast on Saturday, August 6 in the German ARD Radio Festival. The ARD Radio Festival runs from July 9 to September 16 and includes concerts broadcast simultaneously by all ARD culture and music stations, beginning at 8 p.m. This year, the program is hosted by MDR. The following stations will broadcast the gala recorded by Radio 100,7 on April 21 at the Philharmonie Luxembourg with the Philharmonic Orchestra Luxembourg conducted by Adam Fischer: MDR-Kultur, MDR-Klassik, BR Klassik, NDR-Kultur, WDR 3, SWR 2, SR 2 KulturRadio, RBB Kultur, HR 2 Kultur.
The gala is also still available as a video on Deutsche Welle’s YouTube channel. There it has now been viewed over 63,000 times.
